Mary WilsonBorn in Greenville, Mississipi, Mary Wilson is perhaps best known as a founding member of the popular ’60s Motown group The Supremes, with whom she recorded the hit songs “Baby Love,” “Come See About Me,” and “Stop In the Name of Love.” The Supremes were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, and Wilson has been awarded the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and Grammy Hall of Fame Award, as well as a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In addition to her solo albums Mary Wilson and Walk the Line, Wilson has also written two autobiographies, Dreamgirl: My Life as a Supreme and Supreme Faith: Someday We’ll Be Together. In recent years, Wilson has shifted her focus to her humanitarian efforts, including a 2003 appointment as a Goodwill Ambassador to the world.

The Four Tops

The Four TopsThe Four Tops are an American vocal quartet, led by original member Abdul “Duke” Fakir. The group helped define the Motown sound of the 1960s and has remained one of Motown’s most consistent and longest-lived original lineups. Known for their repertoire of doo-wop, jazz, soul music and R&B, The Four Tops released the number-one hits “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)” and “Reach Out I’ll Be There,” as well as “Baby I Need Your Loving,” “Bernadette” and “Ain’t No Woman Like the One I’ve Got.’ Notable awards and honors include induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Grammy Hall of Fame as well as a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
